- Reference standard
- EN 12453 / EN 12445
What it means
Maximum working time exceeded: the manoeuvre takes longer than expected and the control unit aborts it. The typical picture is a gate slowed by mechanical friction or with badly adjusted speeds and slowdown points (F28, F30, F37/F38).
Probable causes
- Mechanical friction slowing the travel beyond the working time
- Tight spot or localized obstacle along the guide rail
- Speeds or slowdown points (F28, F30, F37/F38) badly adjusted
- Irregular power supply or motor current draw
