What it means
When the dispensing button is pressed the pump starts but water does not flow from the group, or it flows for a few seconds and the keypad starts flashing due to a flowmeter timeout.
Probable causes
- Flowmeter jammed by limescale or connector oxidized.
- 3-way solenoid valve on the brew group burned out or with stuck plunger.
- Gigleur or flow restrictor in the group completely blocked by limescale.
- Coffee ground too fine, acting as a hydraulic plug.
