What it means
The main board does not communicate with one of the external boards (group displays, keyboards, peripheral modules): the affected controls or display do not respond.
Probable causes
- Communication cable connector loose or oxidized.
- Signal cable interrupted or disturbed.
- Missing supply to the peripheral board.
- Failed peripheral board.
Where to start
Switch off the machine, wait 10 seconds and switch it on again. If the alarm remains, inspect the communication cable and connectors between the main board and the reported board: are they intact, seated and free of oxidation?
