What it means
The control board detects a missing or short-circuited internal power supply (5 V services, 12 V sensors and boards, 24 V solenoid valves and displays). The loads fed by the faulty branch stop working.
Probable causes
- Branch fuse blown due to a downstream short circuit.
- Power connector disconnected or oxidized.
- Cable shorted to ground or shorted load (solenoid valve, sensor).
- Failed power supply unit or power board.
Where to start
Identify the reported supply branch (5 V, 12 V or 24 V). Switch off the machine and check the branch fuse and the connectors on the power board: are they intact and properly seated?
