What it means
The IP camera is offline or unreachable: it disappears from the NVR and does not respond on the network. Often a duplicate IP address, a failed or disabled switch port, or firmware corrupted by a failed update.

- Duplicate IP address on the network
- Faulty network switch or disabled port
- Network conflict after configuration change
- Camera with corrupted firmware after failed update
