What it means
Electrical diagnosis of a solenoid valve or load line: the board detects an interruption (open coil, disconnected cable) or a short circuit on the driving line. The load on the reported line can no longer be driven.
Probable causes
- Solenoid valve coil interrupted or burned out.
- Line cable disconnected, cut or shorted to ground.
- Oxidized connector on the power board.
- Failed power board output.
Where to start
With the machine off, disconnect the solenoid valve connector of the reported line and measure the coil resistance: is the value consistent with an intact coil, or is it open or shorted?
