What it means
Compressor current exceeds the allowed threshold and the inverter or control board trips the compressor circuit.
Probable causes
- Mechanically tight compressor or partial winding short
- Persistent high condensing pressure
- Unstable supply voltage or faulty inverter module
Where to start
Correct the external cause first: low voltage, dirty condenser, stopped fan or abnormal refrigerant charge. Then retry the cycle.
