- FAULT STOP
- Domain
- FIRE_SUPPRESSION_SYSTEM
- Reference standard
- UNI EN 15004 / NFPA 2001
What it means
The agent releases but the room does not hold the concentration: open doors, missing seals or unclosed openings make the discharge ineffective.
Probable causes
- Door left open or faulty self-closer
- Degraded fire-stopping of cable penetrations
- Ventilation dampers not closed in sequence
- Room changes not followed by a door fan test
Where to start
After the discharge: verify room tightness (doors, dampers, seals) and repeat the door fan test before returning the protection to service.
