What it means
The alarm keypad is dead, not communicating or showing errors: BUS connection to the panel interrupted, insufficient power supply, or a duplicated or unconfigured address. Separate whether the problem is the cable, the configuration or the keypad itself.

- BUS cable between keypad and panel interrupted
- Keypad not properly powered
- Keypad address duplicated or not configured
- Keypad faulty (display, buttons, buzzer)
