What it means
The three phase currents diverge beyond the limit: single-phase load imbalance reduces usable capacity and heats the neutral.
Probable causes
- Single-phase loads all connected to the same phase
- Servers/racks added without rebalancing phases
- Failed supply or branch shifting load to the other phases
- Asymmetric A/B distribution between the two paths
